Advocacy
Advocacy represents one of DEEEP's main activity. The advocacy Officers supports and co-operates with NPs in lobbying the European Parliament and national governments for the promotion of development education.
The latest major issue for the advocacy work consisted in the unveiling of the European Consensus on Development: the of DE/AR; a paper to which DEEEP and the multi-stakeholder group dedicated lot of hard work. The process is still going on, the launch was only the first step of an important path for DE.

DE Consensus Process
The Consensus on DE/AR was unveiled in Lisbon in November 2007, during the European Development Days.
