EU Presidencies

The Council of the European Union is presided for a period of 6 months (from January to June and from July to December) by each Member State, with a pre-established order.

In the framework of the EU presidencies, the National NGO Platform of the country holding the presidency, can submit a "presidency project proposal" to the European Commission, who usually funds it.

On this webpage, you will find the outcomes of the Presidency projects, links to the websites of the National Platforms involved in the projects, and the activities organised during the 6 months Presidency.
